Are you a parent with lived experience raising a child with an exceptionality and looking for a way to give back? LEAD is seeking compassionate volunteers for our Parent Peer Support Program. This meaningful opportunity pairs volunteers with parents currently involved in LEAD programs who are seeking support, guidance, and a listening ear. As a volunteer, you’ll provide emotional support, help families navigate resources, and share your own experiences—offering connection and comfort during what can be a challenging time. Connections can take place in person or over the phone, and are scheduled at times that work best for you. All volunteers receive training and ongoing support to ensure they feel confident and equipped to make a real difference. Join our caring team of parent volunteers and help strengthen our LEAD community.
